DESCRIPTION: SVRPSR The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Imperial County in southeastern California... * Until 315 PM PDT. * At 242 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ocotillo Wells, or 9 miles southeast of Hwy 78 Between Borrego Springs Rd And Ocotillo Wells, moving northwest at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Fish Creek Wash. This includes the following highways... CA Route 78 between mile markers 1 and 13. CA Route 86 between mile markers 34 and 52.

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
